A new Nielsen/Netratings report estimates that almost 121 million people have access to broadband at home. Since the beginning of 2005, people who have at-home access to broadband in the US rose from 36% to 42% – over 17 million people. Meanwhile, dial-up continues to decline, falling 10%. Among active Internet users, 61.3% use broadband and 38.7% use narrowband.
