YouTubeEarlier this year, we talked about YouTube’s inevitable entry into advertising, and its willingness to share profits with the users who provide the site’s actual content.  After an initial invite-only period, it has finally opened up its “Partners Programs” to almost all amateur videomakers.  The program allows users who “regularly” produce clips intended for a wide audience to share in revenue generated from viewings of their work.
