I’m working on a project this week that has taken me to New York City. I’m staying right in the middle of Times Square and I am simply amazed at the amount of advertising in one place. I know this is pretty much the epicenter of advertising, but it’s overwhelming how much advertising their truely is – from interactive and moving billboards, to street marketing teams, to sidewalk psuedo events. Even though it is overwhelming, people are constantly taking pictures of all of the ads… images that will last for years and years to come. I’m not exactly sure how you measure it all, other than the fact is, that there’s a lot of it.
